2021 SEAWOLF Estate Yorkville Highlands Sea Blush Rosé

Grapes from hand selected Zinfandel vines at our estate are gently pressed whole cluster to favor the extraction of delicate details while minimizing color extraction. Making a press cut at less than 0.6 bar, the free run juice is then fermented in small stainless steel barriques. Fermenting at cool temperatures and in stainless steel preserves the delicate red fruit and mineral undertones, resulting in a crisp and energetic Rose.
Aged for four months sur lie in 100% stainless steel.
